Dear Kentucky Governer

I am a resident of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and wish to express my displeasure at your use of executive priviledge to seize property of foreign nationals without a trial, a warrant or due process of law as guaranteed by both the US and Kentucky Constitutions. If I remember correctly the state law you are using to attempt the seizure of 141 gaming site domain names also requires you to destroy said seized property. How do you destroy a domain name? You can't which will leave our state in the business of hunting down and seizing any domain name that points to a gaming site. I seriously doubt that our state can afford to get the technology and experienced people to accomplish that task. If you want to attack an Internet business that really hurts families then use your power to block pornography sites.
The issue really at hand is you want my poker money to go to the lottery or horse racing. Instead we will just spend more time at Harrah's HorseShoe in Indiana. Since poker players are going to play poker regardless; have the gaming commission research the possibility of hosting an "Intra-State" version of Poker Stars so the rake stays here.

Sincerely
